These terms are an agreement between you and Curators of Speed LLC ("we"), the operator of TYRE HUNT. By using the app you accept them.
Hunt safely and legally. Shoot real cars you actually see. Your photos are yours. Don't ruin the game for others. Everything below is the longer form of those four sentences.
You must be at least 13 to use TYRE HUNT. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
TYRE HUNT is built on verified live captures. You agree not to submit photos of screens, prints, or other people's photography; not to import staged or pre-existing images to claim finds; and not to manipulate location, timing, or any other signal. Our verification systems may flag, decline to count, or remove captures, and repeated or serious abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account. Verification is automated and occasionally imperfect — a wrongly flagged capture isn't an accusation, and you can edit details in your dossier.
The feed is user-generated. We provide reporting and blocking tools, review reports, and may remove content or accounts that break these terms. We don't pre-screen content and aren't responsible for what users post, but we care about the community and act on abuse.
Photographing vehicles visible from public places is generally lawful, and it's the heart of car culture. Be a good ambassador for it: respect owners, events, and venues; honor "no photography" rules where they apply; and if an owner asks you not to shoot their car, don't.
TYRE HUNT may offer optional paid tiers (like Hunter's Edition) with expanded limits or features. Pricing, terms, and cancellation are presented at purchase. Paid tiers don't change the verification rules — nobody can buy their way past the judge.
TYRE HUNT is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Car identification is automated and probabilistic; we don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or that your data will never be lost — keep copies of photos you care about (your originals stay on your device). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using TYRE HUNT any time, and can delete your account in-app (Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its users.
We may update these terms as the game evolves; material changes will be noted in the app with an updated date above. Continuing to use TYRE HUNT after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
